Consultation Fees

At Inpsyte Psychology, our consultation fees are guided by the Australian Psychological Society’s recommended fee schedule. We believe everyone should be able to access psychological services. Concession rates are offered for individuals with a concession/pension card. Please contact us to discuss our fee schedule.

Rebates

Medicare: If you are referred by your GP or Psychiatrist under the Medicare Benefits Schedule, you will be eligible to receive a substantial rebate from Medicare. You are eligible to claim a proportion of your fees from Medicare if you have a referral and a “Mental Health Care Plan” from your doctor (more information).

Private Health Funds: Depending on your level of cover, many private health funds provide rebates for psychological care. Please contact your health fund directly to find out what level of rebate you may be eligible for (more information).

Cancellation Policy

Inpsyte Psychology understands that sometimes you or your family member are unable to attend your appointment. If you or your family member are unable to attend an appointment, please contact Inpsyte Psychology on 8838 0904 with a minimum of 48 hours notice. Cancellations with less than 48 hours notice will incur a cancellation fee. Medicare does not cover cancelled appointments. Inpsyte Psychology believes that this is a fair policy for clients who may be in need of an appointment and are currently waitlisted.
